Whether you want to implement one of our models, strengthen an existing programme, generate new evidence, or support community education financing at scale, we are ready to explore what we can build together.
– Implement PEIS in your programme communities using the IMS Model Standard and full implementation package. IMS provides training, certification, tools, and fidelity support.
– If you run VSLA groups: add PEIS as a dedicated education financing product on top of your existing group structure. PEIS is complementary — not competing — with general savings groups.
– If you run child sponsorship or education support programmes: integrate PEIS as your sustainability model — transitioning sponsored families toward self-managed education financing once the sponsorship period ends.
– Embed the SUCCESS Model in school dropout prevention policy — integrating IMS’s five-step framework into national or district-level education quality standards.
– Recognise PEIS savings groups in national education financing strategies — formalising community education financing as a policy pillar, not a footnote.
– Pilot PEIS in a district or school cluster — IMS brings the model, the training, and the measurement framework; the government brings the schools and the policy mandate.
– Collaborate on a national dropout data system — using the IMS Dropout Risk Tool as a contribution to district-level early warning data.
– Co-fund a PEIS replication initiative in a new country or region.
– Commission an independent evaluation of PEIS or SUCCESS using your evaluation methodology — IMS provides full access to programme data, communities, and documentation.
– Embed PEIS in an existing integrated programme as the education financing component.
– Partner with IMS on longitudinal research on community education financing and school retention in urban East Africa.
– Use the IMS data set for secondary analysis — IMS’s MEAL framework generates term-by-term data on members and students across PEIS groups.
